Chinavator

For brands already operating on Shopify or Magento and expanding into China, Chinavator centralizes products, inventory, orders, promotions, customs workflows, and channel settings while connecting local touchpoints such as WeChat mini programs and Xiaohongshu.

Client project / multi-channel brand commerce

Mead Johnson multi-brand commerce solution

The challenge was not launching a single storefront, but giving Mainland WeChat channels, a member benefits store, and a Hong Kong cross-border store a shared foundation that could keep evolving. My work covered products and orders, membership and points, promotions and coupons, distribution commissions, dealer operations, customs, and OMS/CRM integrations.

Client project / cross-border vehicle trade

UCCVIP cross-border vehicle trading platform

To connect domestic vehicle suppliers, overseas agents, and buyers, I contribute to a multi-sided platform spanning inventory, agent storefronts, inquiries, intent orders, orders, contracts, vehicle inspection, and export fulfillment, turning fragmented offline steps into a traceable workflow.
